Established in 2001, the Center for Human Resource Strategy (CHRS) is part of the top-ranked Human Resource Management Department of Rutgers University's School of Management and Labor Relations.
The Center was created to encourage partnerships between leading HR faculty researchers and strategy-minded senior HR executives from the world's leading corporations. The goal of CHRS is to advance and shape the field of human resource management through this collaboration. As CHRS grows, we are becoming a source for cutting-edge HR information on our CHRS website and through our "Hot Topic" workshops and working groups.
