The Executive Master in Human Resource Leadership (EMHRL) is a one-year accelerated Master's Degree Program targeted at HR talent with a strong potential for senior HR leadership positions. It builds upon Rutgers' highly ranked Masters in Human Resource Management program.
The EMHRL is unique in its emphasis on HR leadership, especially focusing on the external context of the firm, the role of HR in competitive organizations, and the efficacy of the top HR positions within the firm. Graduates of this program will be the next generation of senior HR VPs in major corporations.
