EMHRL

The Executive Master in Human Resource Leadership (EMHRL) is a one-year accelerated Master's Degree Program targeted at HR talent with a strong potential for senior HR leadership positions. It builds upon Rutgers' highly ranked Masters in Human Resource Management program.

The EMHRL is unique in its emphasis on HR leadership, especially focusing on the external context of the firm, the role of HR in competitive organizations, and the efficacy of the top HR positions within the firm. Graduates of this program will be the next generation of senior HR VPs in major corporations.

This program is targeted at high potential HR talent (those on a trajectory to achieve the top HR job) with a strong potential for senior HR leadership positions. A key take-away from the program is an action-learning project dealing with an important issue faced by the sponsoring organization.

CMD

Since its founding in 1947, the Rutgers Center for Management Development (RutgersCMD) has been an international leader in developing and delivering innovative training solutions to strengthen the Business, Human Resources, Leadership and Management skills of its clients.

Their instructors are Rutgers University faculty members and industry experts brought in for their current expertise in specific areas. Participants can earn a variety of credits and certifications from RutgersCMD programs, including academic graduate credit from the School of Management and Labor Relations and the School of Business.

Their Open Enrollment Programs bring practitioners from different organizations and industries together in a rich and diverse learning environment, designed to develop skills and capabilities through the powerful combination of expert class instruction and peer interaction.

The Center for Management Development also offers Corporate Training that can include:

MHRM

The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) program is one of the very top HRM programs in the United States, with graduates employed in major corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations across the country such as: GE, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and Colgate-Palmolive, among others.

With the largest concentration of HR faculty in the United States, the HRM Program at Rutgers is internationally renowned for its research and teaching in the areas of strategic human resource management, global employment strategies, new approaches to worker involvement, and the transformation of work.

In addition to the program offerings at the main campus in Piscataway, New Jersey, the program has sponsored off-campus programs in affiliation with corporations in the tri-state area and international programs in cooperation with other major universities around the world.
