Robyn Mingle

Robyn Mingle is the Sr. VP of Corporate Human Resources for Hovnanian Enterprises.� She is responsible for providing strategic leadership for staffing, organizational design, associate development and training, positive employee relations, diversity and Hovnanian's total rewards programs.

Previously, Ms. Mingle was the Vice President of Human Resources for Black & Decker, U.S. Inc.� She has also been integrally involved in the launch and start-up of their power tools business spanning the Middle East, Africa, Asia/Pacific, China and Australia.

Robyn graduated from Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and industrial relations and received her Master of Science in industrial psychology from the University of Baltimore. She has been active in community leadership having most recently served on the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and as Chairman of the Greater Baltimore Business Leadership Network, an organization dedicated to increasing the employment of people with disabilities.
