CHRS Student Research Fellows are select students in the MHRM program. They have the opportunity, over one or two semesters, to work on current HR challenges with individual CHRS member company HR executives or HR team members. Once CHRS Student Research Fellows are assigned to an executive or HR team member, they conduct action-oriented research (which may include literature searches, written summaries of best practices, surveys, interviews and the like).
