Each working group is led by a Rutgers faculty member and is comprised of HR professionals from our member companies. The goal of the working groups is to delve into the challenges about a given topic, share best practices, and test the effectiveness of possible new practices. Working groups will generally last one year in length – beginning and ending with a 1-day conference. Interim meetings will be conducted regularly as web-based meetings.
