Corporate Members will benefit from the various working groups and workshops offered by Rutgers HR faculty members who are world-renowned thought leaders and cutting-edge researchers in the field of Human Resource Management.
The CHRS workshops and working groups offer results-oriented and strategy-focused solutions to help senior HR executives achieve organizational success. The workshops offer an opportunity for members to delve into cutting-edge, research-proven solutions for some of today's most pressing HR-related challenges. The working groups offer an opportunity for members to generate ideas and use action-oriented, applied research to solve a current HR challenge.
Each working group is led by a Rutgers faculty member and is comprised of HR professionals from our member companies. The goal of the working groups is to research the challenges about a given topic, share best practices, and test the effectiveness of possible new practices. Working groups will generally last one year in length — beginning and ending with a 1-day conference. Interim meetings will be conducted regularly as web-based meetings.
At our half-day or full-day workshops, CHRS members are given the opportunity to share experiences and perspectives, exchange ideas, and collectively resolve problems. CHRS members receive complimentary invitations and pre-registration for these events.
